Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card before confirmation can be made. We do require a deposit equal to one night’s stay at the time of making a reservation. The balance is due at check-in. We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards. We do not accept checks.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In time is 3:00PM and Check-Out time is 10:00AM. We will do our best to accommodate guest’s needs outside of these times if we are able. Sunset Farm Cabins reserves the right to charge guest’s that depart after 10:00AM without prior approval a ½ night’s charge.

Cancellations:

There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation. If you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival you will be charged one full nights stay. If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please remember we have a small number of rentals and turn away guests when you have your reservation.

Cleaning Fee:

Our rates include the departure cleaning. We do ask our guests to wash the dishes they use and encourage them to tidy up the cabins before departure so we can avoid charging cleaning fees. If the cabin is left with dirty dishes and/or is not cleaned up we reserve the right to charge up to a $35 cleaning fee.

Pets:

Our cabins are pet friendly but you must bring your own bedding for your pet and they have to be in crates when you are not there. The pets are not allowed on the furniture of in the beds. We do have a $10 per night fee per pet and limit the maximum to 2 pets per cabin.

Smoking Policy:

Our cabins are all smoke free. We provide ash trays for you to smoke on the deck. If smoking is detected within any cabin guests will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

Facilities:

Our onsite facilities include badminton, horseshoes, campfires, 2 hot tubs, and more for all guests to use during their stay. All guests use these facilities at their own risk and cannot hold Sunset Farm Cabins liable for accidents. Hot tubs require an adult in the hot tub with any children 16 and under for supervision at all times. Children 12 and under are not permitted in the hot tubs for their safety.
