Check-In Check-Out Times

• Check-Out: 10:00AM

If you plan on arriving late, do not worry! Guest's are welcome to check-in anytime after 3 pm. As people tend to loose keys in the Great Smoky Mountains, we have installed automatic locks on every cabin door handle, offering you a hassle-free check-in. Your unique code will be email to you at least 2 days prior to check-in. 

We do have cleaning crew scheduled based on our check-out time! Sunset Farm Cabins reserves the right to charge guest’s that depart after 10:00AM without prior approval a ½ night’s charge. 

We currently cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for your understanding.

Emergencies: Please call and leave a message marked urgent or send a text message to 828-497-2200.  You can also call the on-site assistance phone number provided to you in your check-in e-mail. We will do our best to answer any emergency situations in a timely matter. Thank you for your understanding!
